	I am on Windows ASP.NET hosting package. How do I set up my email account ?

Solution There are 2 steps involved:

1. Login to your control panel and create an email account. For information on how to do this, please check our video tutorial at http://www.dotexcel.com.au/helpdesk/video_tutorials.php

2. You can then access your email via webmail (http://mail.yourdomain.com) or alternatively set up that account in your email client program e.g. Outlook.
